Shipping Policy
We are currently shipping within the territory of Georgia.
Shipping rates:
- Tbilisi – Free Shipping
- Regions: 9 GEL
Shipping Times:
Tbilisi – Orders received before 3:00 pm will be picked up from our facility on the same day and delivered on the next day. Orders received after 3:00 pm will be picked up from our facility the next day and delivered the day after. Regions – Orders going outside of Tbilisi will be delivered within 2-5 working days.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
Conditions for Returns
Thank you for shopping at Flying Ace. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
As a small start-up in the beginning stages of our operations, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you notice that the product you have purchased is faulty, we invite you to contact us to discuss the eligibility of a return.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- You notify us regarding your return via email contact@flyingace.shop
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are new and unused
- The Goods are in the original packaging
If our customer service team determines that your request is acceptable, you will be given specific instructions on exchanging or returning the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
The refund will be issued to the original credit card you used to place the order. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your debit/credit card account.
